I have a 2014 R-178 and is coming apart at the rear on both sides and on the left front corner.  The screws have pulled out.  I wonder if anyone else has had this problem and how to repair them.   Canada Cold

I saw something like this on the forum a while back, but I couldnt find it again.  It was someone who bought a used one and found the front corner separating under the diamond plate.
There are a number of other postings regarding separation; see http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=7904&KW=separation&PN=5&title=outer-side-seams

Hope this helps.. K&S

I have a 2015 178 that pulled apart at the right front bottom corner. I removed the screws, resealed and reset with longer screws, still holding together.
