She has cost me a lot over the years, just as I have her. So "free" does not apply.

well.. since you already don't sleep together, one in the bed and one on the dinette, now no one has to climb in and out of a bunk bed.. and you each have more room. converting the dinette back and forth isn't a huge deal, and not needed at all if like us, you are outside most of the time anyways.

We wanted to check out small, so we rented a pod-like trailer. It only had a convertible dinette/bed. Switching back and forth twice a day was a no-go, so we decided that whatever we bought had to have a queen AND a dinette/bed.

The 178 seemed to be (and proved to be) exactly what we wanted.

So, +1 on not using dinette/bed every day!

The 179 and 180 (at least) do not slope down in the rear. Rather, the high ceiling goes almost to the back wall. I don't believe that I would hit my head if the dinette was located back there.

I never hit my head in the dinette of our 177, and it has/had more slope over that area then this new floor plan will have.

I am sorry you seem offended that I posted up the next upcoming floor plans.. Just showing some options.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting exactly what you want, and even better is KNOWING exactly what you want. Unfortunately, I doubt FR will build it.

But I wish you luck in trying to get them to, or in finding it in something else, since you seem to have already done some research/looking.

Not real sure I understand the deleted posts. If someone is offended "man up" and say so.

Looking at those two floorplans, it's not clear if there is a space for the microwave/oven. Not that it's super useful in the first place, but when you have hookups, you'd be surprised how much use it gets. Maybe there's space under the stove?

And as for the deleted posts, you may find references elsewhere.   Cry

Furpod,

I appreciate the [posting of the floorplans comin down the road. You wouldn't happen to have the complete measurements of the shower would you?

I can only assume he deleted them, himself.  They weren't deleted by a mod.

Boy - I like that 190 design.  That's what we would have gotten if it wold have been available.  We love our 178 floorplan and the dry bath would have been the cherry on top!

What is the underneath storage like in the 189 and 190?

That was a major selling point for us choosing 178 over 179.

The microwave will be above the fridge just as it is now.

Very similar to the 179...

I do not.. you can assume the 32" is the length of the shower, so... My "guess" is it will be near the size of the current shower, minus the toilet in the way... but, that's my guess, and no truth should be applied to it.. LOL

That would be "not much", which is why we went with the 178: two underneath storage areas, one being pass-thru.

Didn't know for sure whether he deleted them himself, or a mod was involved. It did appear to be a "story" of sorts. Happy a mod was involved as it seemed to be spinning out of control. Thanks to you.

Nope, he did it himself. I have been here a long time, I can assure you, there was nothing in this thread for a mod to be concerned with. And he deleted here before he (spydie) lost his mind in that other thread.

Yes, those are both floor plans that came out after we bought. Had the 178 been out when we got furpod, I am pretty sure we would have chosen it. The 179 was of no interest to us when it came out. Travis and I and our spouses toured and did a video review of the very first production 179.. none of us came away thinking about trading.. BUT.. the factory tells me they could just about build nothing but 179's, the floor plan is that popular..
