I'm going to be buying a cover soon with the rain coming in Oregon. I saw a couple on amazon that had mixed reviews. Is there one that people are using that doesn't need replaced after 1 season? Thanks

We have had a Classic Accessories cover that has lasted for more than one season. It has a couple of places where it snagged on rough edges and wore, but I patched the holes with silver duct tape and it is holding up fine. The top white section is holding up very well. I use a cut-down pool noodle to cover the edges of the bat-wing antenna, which has worked well to keep that from getting torn. I use short sections of pool noodle on the rain gutter extensions on the slide-out side. Now that we have an awning instead of the Keder rail for an R-Dome, we do not have the sharp edges that were on the ends of the rail and the skirting rail, so those areas are no longer sharp enough to snag the cover and tear it.

The Classic Accessories PolyPRO 3 Deluxe R-Pod Travel Trailer Cover has a 3-year limited warranty. Mine ripped in the second year and all I had to do was take pictures of the rips, the Date code on the cover and receipt and email it to them and they sent me a new cover. They have a PermaPRO Deluxe R-Pod Cover with a lifetime warranty, it’s around $200+ at Amazon

What ever cover you decide on it will last longer if you throw a rope or 2 or 3 over the top of the cover and tie it to something on the bottom of the trailer. It will keep the wind from getting under the cover and poofing it up,  sawing the cover over a corner or right angle.
