Has anyone tried this one?

Real curious if it's any better than:

http://www.allstays.com - http://www.allstays.com
or

First impression is it's a Walmart style app...

Oh I see what's happening. You're prefixing the "https://" with "http://" If you edit your post to remove the "http://", it will work.

I've only used AllStays. It does what I need, so I haven't looked any further.

We use the Flying J /Pilot app also , everyone  we have ever gone to welcomes campers. They have a lot of good locations, food, and showers/restrooms.

You've mentioned them to me before and I have never seen one. Now that I checked out the app and locations.. Well, I see I need to add it.

Since you've stayed. Your the guy to ask. Better than a Walmart stay? I just have this picture of being jammed in between two Long Haulers with their rigs running all night..
LOL, worst, between two Class A's with their generators running..

Some actually claim 'enhanced wifi'. This may come to importance for me. Better than a campgrounds?

I have:

Allstays (free version)
FreeCampgrounds

As my main ones right now.

This Pilot/Flying J looks like it's an add to.

Boondockers Welcome, is not making the list so far.

http://www.camping-canada.com/campground_search_e.asp - http://www.camping-canada.com/campground_search_e.asp  is something I'm still looking at
as well as,
http://www.uscampgrounds.info - http://www.uscampgrounds.info
I keep going back to these to check if I missed something..

This came off the list quickly for I can get the same info elsewhere easier:
http://www.ultimatecampgrounds.com/index.php - http://www.ultimatecampgrounds.com/index.php

Intention is to compile a list we all use to help others before they buy into a service.

The Flying J that we stay at usually have a designation group of spots for campers the trucks are usually on the back side. A lot of them have dump stations. They usually have a restaurant attached and also have hot food, pizza and coffee inside. The only thing I don't like is that some of them play music over the speaker all night.
They at police patrolled and pretty well lit. We have met a lot of nice people in them. You can also get a rewards card and built points to free showers and coffees.
