Hi All

Opening my fridge door has become a bit of a problem. It is necessary to lift up on it while pressing the two buttons on top.

Is there some kind of adjustment I can make?

Is it possible that the hinges have loosened? If so, can you get to them to tighten them?

You may also want to try some silicone spray to lubricate inside the latch / under the buttons. And if you tighten the hinges make sure they are aligned correctly so the latch comes together correctly.
