I love maple syrup.  Candy and syrup.  I'll eat pancakes w/o syrup before I'll eat the fake stuff.

I used to love boiling sap.  I can still smell it!  I always made mine nice and thick too.  This stuff you buy that is real maple syrup is usually watered down and is thin watery.  Pour some on ice cream...yummy!!
