We would not recommend them for service! They were fine when we bought the pod, though it turns out they didn't educate us on a number of things that would have been really helpful. They were not good for service - replaced the water pump without replacing the strainer so things really clogged up. Then they denied that there had ever been a strainer there - just need to clean out the aerators! It wasn't until I got someone at Forest River involved that they sort of admitted that it was left out, but it was so long ago they wouldn't make good on it.
