So my battery is not recieving a charge for shore power or my TV.. Is this a converter issue. I changed the terminal conections today and still showes nopower to battery. according tothe idiot lights in the camper. The charger isn't used when charging from your TV, so if you're having problems with both power sources perhaps its not the sources at all, it could be your battery that isn't holding a charge. If it hasn't been replaced since the trailer was new in 2015/16 that is quite likely. If everything is fine when plugged in, your converter is fine. If your battery isn't taking a charge, it's the battery or it's wiring.

If I'm reading this correctly, sounds like you are getting charge to the battery, and the battery is not excepting. I agree fully with Offgrid, get out your multimeter and start trouble-shooting. With Shore/TV unhooked, take a reading off the battery and record this number. Then hookup shore and record this number. Keep an eye on it. Here's a good chart to work from.
