I AM CONCERNED RT THE WALL COVERING IN MY WET BATH 2019 RPOD 179. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE GLUED DOWN. I AM WONDERING IF THIS IS THE EXPECTATION OR DOES IT NEED TO GO IN FOR REPAIR. PICKED UP NEW APRIL 2019.

Pretty sure they don't get "glued down".. so that IF moisture gets behind them it can get out...

The shower surround in the 2 units I have had, was held at the top and the bottom. I think the majority of it is "free floating". Before 2017 the shower didn't even have a plastic surround on them, It was the same finish as all the other walls. I don't think you need to worry.

I've heard of this a few times now. Seems most use 2 sided epoxy tape and some sealant to fix.

I'll let others that have repaired successfully decide if it a good fix or not. I also need to do mine.
