After a rainy, cold, windy last few days at S. Higgins Lake SP in Roscommon, MI it has been decided to hold a R-Pod Rally in Traverse City, MI sometime during the month of June. As of now I need to contact the owners of the campground who are currently out of the area, so it will become necessary to do some Dr. Sherlock work to hunt them down. Hopefully in the course of the next month we will have a firm date, location, and campsites available. Stay tuned.

Holiday Park? Got firm dates yet?

Holiday Park is the plan. HOWEVER I cannot confirm dates until January 7, 2020 when the owners return from their mystery location, unless you have an inside on this. I finally was able to corral a couple of sub-contractors working there but they said their lives and jobs would be on the line if they gave me the names and numbers I was looking for. So in the meantime I will have to wait. Probably on that date the lines will be tied up so I will most likely drive there to finalize plans. First choice is June 11-14, second choice is June 18-21. Will let you know then. In the meantime I have contacted FR to attempt to set up a rep attending with door prizes and such. Awaiting a return call from them also.

Yes, we will. Thanks Mark. Just received some helpful info from HuronSailor. I believe between the both of you, you were the exalted 'unleaders' at the 2016 rally in Traverse City, MI., am I correct?

Podvilla, yes it will be on the FB site as soon as all the details are finalized in early January

That rally was the ERU, and while many "helped" it was that Mark's show.. LOL

We are watching to see if we can get dates to match up for this.. We already have rezi's for all of July down in the Blue Ridge.. so getting away in June is iffy, but we truly loved the area up there..
