Folks, i thought i had it fixed (caulked around outside ac outlet) but there's still a slow drip around the foam surrounding the low point drains after a good rain. I sealed all around the bottom where the sides, front, and back meet the bottom and on the roof's edge. Where else can i look?

Dumb question, but are you sure its not the water lines themselves? Have you drained them?

OffGrid, Yes, not the water lines, all drained for the winter. Just out and re-sealed the covers around the tv hook-up and fresh water in-take. Those seemed to be off the side a bit and not snug. Hope i have it solved now :)

Still leaking. sealed all known locations on each side of the pod (i.e, side lights, water intake, fridge covers, etc. The only place i haven't re-sealed is on the roof because there's no water coming inside and i figured if it was up there (around the toilet vent, ac, etc)  i would see a leak inside wouldn't i by now?

Maybe try taking all the end plugs out of the water lines and see if the drip continues?  A crack in a water line from a freeze thaw cycle, maybe?  Just thinking........

John in Idaho, the lines are empty except for pink antifreeze. Im going to start another post soon about tilting the pod back a little to help with run off. I seen on youtube to do this during winter storage, BUT i also read in the owners manual it must be level at all times due to the design of the windows.

A leak can drip at the total opposite end of where it actually is. You can't assume it's anywhere. Especially if you store it with it angled. Water will run where gravity brings it. I don't know if your pod has a spoiler, but that is a common place that water leaks.

Can you store your pod inside somewhere for the winter? My concern is that you have an unidentified leak and that can be a recipe for disaster till its identified and fixed. You might have a destroyed floor by spring. If not inside, how about a waterproof cover?

offgrid, no she has to stay outside and a bit late now to consider a cover as none around where i live to buy. It supposed to rain tomorrow and relatively warmer than usual next week, this buys me some time to keep looking if it leaks tomorrow after my latest seal ups.

There was a drip over the weekend but i noticed the entire bottom had a bead of water on it. Im wondering if was only condensation all this time

Could be.  Generally you won't get condensation directly on foam. Condensation forms when air is close 100% humidity and the surface is colder than the air, reducing the air temp at the surface and forcing the water out of the air. Since foam is light and insulating it will be at the same temp as the air, so little to no condensation. But that doesn't stop the water condensing on the bottom surface from running down through the foam. Or maybe condensation on the water lines themselves if they are filled with antifreeze and its been cold and you're now getting warmer wet weather.

As a test if you have access to power you could put an electric heater in there for a day or so before the next rain event to warm things up and see if that stops the dripping.
