I pulled my 2016 172 out of storage and I'm getting it ready for summer, but my water pump is not working. I have power in the pod, but the water pump does not respond at all when I turn on the faucets. It is not the fuse; I changed it. Any thoughts on what may be the issue? It worked fine last fall when I pumped anti-freeze into the system.

Do you hear the pump running or does it act like no power (quiet). If it runs and no water is coming through your outlets either 1) screens at outlets may be plugged, 2) bypass valves are not set properly, 3) the 3 way valve you use for antifreeze was left open (the pigtail coming off the 3 way) and needs to be shut.

no sound whatsoever. Everything else has power. I checked the 3 way valve and it is closed as it should be.

Ha! I found the problem: a loose wire that I must have bumped last fall when putting things back together. The wire nut just needed to be reset. I'm the proverbial bull in the china closet.

Good for you! My guess was either a fuse on the 12v or breaker off on the 120v side or loose wire somewhere. That is where having a multi tester comes in handy to check for things like that.
