Hello all,

2017 179.

This has happened in the past when the battery has run down, but the battery is at 12.5v and the carbon monoxide sensor is beeping.

Any ideas on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

If the obvious is absent (no propane fixtures on or running and propane is turned off) and you state the battery is charged then the only other possibility is that the CO monitor is bad.  Their shelf life normally runs 5 years; we were able to get 6 years out of our original.  Now that we have completed 11 years with our 177, suppose that will have to be replaced again sometime this year.

Agreed.  Check the date on it.  If it's near the expiration date that's almost certainly the issue.
