Recently inspired to replace the leaky, original kitchen faucet in my 2015 Rpod 177 after reading the many posts on the subject. Could not have done it as easily without removing the sink as other suggested previously by removing the 4 wing nuts under the counter (see photo) and the plastic ring that connects the sink + drain to the P-trap. Did not need to change out any of the PEX fittings - the 1 inch white plastic threaded female fittings fit onto the copper threaded male fittings for hot (red) + cold (blue) on the new Moen faucet - see photo with the sink removed. Teflon tape on the connections. Pressure tested, no leaks. Now, just waiting for some non-petroleum plumbers putty to use on the plastic sink + drain before reinstalling. If I can do this, anyone can...just thought I'd share as a 'thank you' for all the tips + info this community generously provides. Tempted to put in a new sink, but good for now :)
