I'm hoping someone might know something about this:
I bought my R-Pod 193 (in another state) in Spring 2023.  When fall rolled around I found that the furnace didn't work, I contacted my local Camping World (Nashville) to have it repaired under warranty.
A technician came to my house and worked on it but said the furnace would need to be replaced.  Camping World told me in October 2023 that they were checking on warranty coverage.  It was approved in December 2023 and they ordered the new furnace under warranty.  The furnace arrived in January and I took my R-Pod in for them to do the install.
However, I received a call after I dropped my RV off that they now only needed to replace the control board, which they did, and that I could pick it up.  I asked if they were not going to replace the whole furnace that was ordered as part of my warranty claim and they said no.
So, this raised several questions and red flags for me:
1) If my warranty covers having the entire furnace replaced as Camping World communicated to me and to Forest River Warranty, shouldn't they replace the entire furnace?
2) Do I have a right to request that they provide the furnace to me, as part of my warranty, even if they have only replaced the control board?
3) Something feels off about them ordering the entire furnace and only replacing one component.  Are they keeping the rest of the furnace?
4) My 1 year warranty will expire in another 6-8 weeks.  If another part of the older (problematic) furnace fails after warranty expiration, then I am responsible for the cost of a faulty part that should have been replaced per my warranty when it was valid.

Does anyone have any insight they can share?  Should I just accept that they "fixed" it and move on?
Thanks

How did this turn out?  Did CW finally make good on the warranty and replace the whole furnace?
