I have a 2011 camper with Norcold Refer. The last time I used the refer was a month ago. It would only get cold if I put it on Auto Mode. AC mode would not work (would not get cold). This morning, I tried AC mode and Auto mode and neither one would work.

Any idea what's going on with my refer?

In "auto" mode.. which mode did it select?

120v questions... Are you plugged in? Is the breaker tripped?

12v questions... Battery status? Fuse blown?

Gas question... Gas on? Tank Full? Can you hear the pilot trying to light? Other appliances working? ie: can you light the stove and it runs ok?

BTW, even in gas mode, it MUST have 12v to run it's brain...

Everything else is working fine. It doesn't select anything in Auto mode. If anything, it selects AC. Haven't tried gas yet but want to fix the AC part of it since I don't want to run on gas.

Breaker is fine and I'm plugged in. Battery is fine. No fuses blown.

Try disconecting from ALL power, unplug from 120v, and disconnect your battery for ten minutes, then see if that resets it.

On ours, pushing and holding the "on/off" button for several seconds switches the fridge on and off.. and resets the control board also, I believe.

Just out of curiosity, why have you not tried to run in gas mode? What do you do when traveling or boondocking?

EDIT>> what model number is it? I would like to look up the manual. Our 177 has a Dometic.

One other suggestion - make sure all GFCI outlets have been reset.  I believe the fridge is on a circuit supplied by a GFCI outlet, so it has tripped it has the same effect as a tripped breaker.
