We drove through some rain on the way home and when we opened the pod door we found water had somehow found its way just inside the door.  We had backed our pod up our driveway and the water pooled just forward of the door at the base of the lower bunk.

We're not sure if it's a frame seal leak or a door seal leak or something else entirely.  This was not the first time we drove through rain and we have driven through much heavier rain before.  However, this is the first time we drove through rain this year.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find the source of the leak?

Are you sure you shut all of the windows, and latched them?  More than once I've almost forgotten to do that.

All windows were latched and I had put the obligatory paper towel behind the latch part to catch any spray that might force itself in through the space between the panes.  It's also my litmus test for side-window leaks Tongue

We haven't done any of the door mods so there aren't any additional holes there to deal with that we know of.

When I got my Pod I found that the factory had 'forgotten' to seal around the door frame.  With the door shut I could see sunlight shining through the gaps.  I had to use closed-cell foam and sealant to close up the gaps.

I noticed this morning a small bit of light coming in between the door frame and the wall at the floor on the hinge side. I did not have a chance to seal it up today but will in the morning.
Might try looking around your door frame on the inside as someone shines a bright light around the frame on the outside in the dark.  Goose
