One feature we would like to add to our 177 is a directional reading light in the vicinity
of both the queen bed and the dining settee.  There are a bunch of possible fixtures
available, but most require a 12 volt connection.  (A self-contained, battery operated
light would be ideal-  If you know of one, please let us know!)

Assuming we end up having to tie into a 12 v. line, is there an alternative to
surface mounted conduit?  (Not a big fan of that...)  Snaking lines inside the
walls / ceiling seems impossible.  Anybody found a way to do it?

Not familiar with the 177 layout, but it might be doable in an internal wall. I added a 110V outlet to the top bunk of our 172 by running the wire inside the bathroom wall. No insulation there.

Thanks-  I think the bathroom walls offer the only possibility in the 177 as well.

The other project I am thinking of for the future involves routing media-related
cables to the outside of the 'Pod so that music, television, etc. can be enjoyed
in the r-dome.  I'm moving my idea over to the "Wish List" topic for FR to
consider, (or ignore, I guess.....).
