Our first night out was pretty good.  Shake down outing produced a list of a few things we needed.

The mattress was as many of you predicted.  Looks good at first, but not as good as home.

We don't want memory foam because it is  hot...

To those that changed mattresses, what did you choose?

Did you try that in a box thing that expands over a few hours or days?

Recommendations?  Whould you make the same choice again?

Thanks in advance.

We replaced the original mattress before we took delivery of our Pod.  Got the mattress in a box.  All I can say is, it is well worth the money if you value a great nights sleep.  I also find the foam sleeps too warm.  Mattress in a box as you describe it, is the best mod you will make, hands down.  Safe Travels.

Thanks Bob,
Based on your advice I ordered the Eurotop Innerspring Mattress from Camping World. It is the mattress in a box deal.  I still don't understand how that works and why it takes three or four days to reach full thickness,  but I am up for the adventure.

Now, I gotta figure out what to do with the original mattress. Should I stack them?
