Hello to you all. Just picked up 177 (2014) here in Montreal and are excited about our first adventure this weekend. Happy to be a part of this eclectic community and really appreciate the last month of unlimited info and advice about our choice that the forum has provided. I'll add pic and some info about our family soon. Just want to tell you that bringing the spankingly clean and new machine home makes me so nervous waiting for that inevitable first little scratch...I think you all know what I'm feeling! Dead

Welcome! I never worried about scratching it, just getting it dirty.    Goose

Welcome!  The hardest part is drilling that first hole when making a pod mod.

First hole is terrifying, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th holes are just stressful!

And the scratches, gosh I still get upset when I get sometime on ours!

Welcome!  We are pretty new to podding as well and worried about those scratches and holes - forget it!  Not to that expert level yet! Wink

Good day! We just picked up our new 182G on Friday here in beautiful Colorado Springs and can't wait to take it out this weekend. Thanks to all of the great advice on this forum, we asked our dealer to install a second battery and second propane tank before we picked it up! We have two little boys that are so excited to sleep in the bunk beds and my husband and I can't wait to take full advantage of our new camper "garage"!!!!! Thanks again to all for the great ideas and info - keep it coming! :)

Welcome to you! We bought our new 178 about a month ago, and as much as I love seeing everyone's mods, there is no way I'm screwing a hole in anything yet! I want to live with it a while, don't want to do any changes. I love it just the way it is!

We've only had our 176T a couple of weeks and have so far added a TP holder to the bathroom door and a paper towel holder in the kitchen area.  Thinking about adding some sort of swivel arm for the TV so the kids can see it from the bunks.  Might also add some sort of dish holder to the kitchen area to save some cabinet space.

The pod is basically two thin skins with foam between, so there's not much meat to screw things to.
