Hello, I'm from DeRidder, LA. I see rallies for every state but Louisiana. I even searched the word "Louisiana" and came up empty.
Are they any R-Pod owners out there that live in Louisiana or even East Texas? Maybe if we get enough hits on this post, we can plan a rally.

Too funny!  We have a house near Rosepine.  In fact when we were on vacation back there in September, we bought our R-pod down in Moss Bluff from Alan Kite.  We are not living in Louisiana right now...we aren't in the country.  I hope to retire in the next 6 to 12 months.  We saw the 178 that we wanted and bought it even though we have to store it for awhile.  We are looking forward to traveling and doing rally's next summer.  We would definitely like to meet up with other podders back there.  Smile

I live 6 miles across the state line from Louisiana in Mississippi. I work in Louisiana. I like Louisiana camping.

Wow! Eight billon people on this earth and my wife and I are the only ones who has a R-Pod living in Louisiana. I've never been in first place before in my life. I think we deserve a plaque.

C'mon Man! Speak up.

I know I have at least 1 Louisiana Podder on the Rpod Owners Map!

Welcome!  I hope you enjoy your RPod as much as my husband and I have ours  We spent 2 1/2 weeks traveling with it, after we purchased it in Moss Bluff.  We are so eager to get back there.  Pretty soon we'll have enough for a LA rally.  Tongue

We're in Georgetown, TX - north of Austin - and might be interested in a Louisiana rally. Have lived in and visited New Orleans many times but last time in the state we went to Coushatta for a golf getaway. It could be a good place for a rally?

Not a golfer, but have no problem camping at a casino... if that is where you are referring to.
