So far so good!
We saw it advertised as used in the AutoTrader, so went to have a look. A friend's sister just bought one and praised it up. Ours is a 2014, and has never been slept in. The previous owner bought it on a whim, brought it home to surprise his wife, who (according to the dealer) 'wrinkled her nose at it', and said it was too small. He traded it for a larger one.
His misfortune turned into our prize! It's brand new at a used price!
All the comments from people along the way home have already put a smile on our faces. We love this little thing and can't wait to use it.

A question was brought up by other RVers regarding the black/grey water drain location being right behind the wheel. Has anyone had any problems with rocks or road debris damaging these outlets? I debating putting little mudflaps on the fenders - can't hurt..

Anyway, I'm a proud new owner and enjoy skimming through the forum reading about everyone's adventures and tips for the RPods.

Eric

Jeeperic that is a fantastic deal.  We just had our 171 pod delivered today.  We don't have enough miles yet to know about the black/grey water drain location being right behind the wheel and any damage from rocks and debris.  But hubby did put mud flaps on ours because we live off a dusty gravel mountain road.  He made sure to get heavy thick rubber ones that he could trim to fit at the top of the mud flap.  They look great.
