Is it possible to change a flat on my R pod using the leveler jacks?

No. Use a floor jack or bottle jack, under the axle mounting plate. We carry a $20 bottle jack from AutoZone.

Short answer is an emphatic no.  Please refer to the instructions on the stabilizer jacks which indicate that they are not to be used for leveling or lifting.
