I purchased this from Ali Express, think I paid $18 for it. Installation is not hard but need little patience.

Find my desired location is the side of kitchen cabinet, where I can have access to a nearby light circuit wire ( 15 amp total fused), I think light is the one I like to tackle, even if something go wrong it is least trouble device.

The tool I used to cut hole on the cabinet is sharp knife, pretty shin compressed board. I bought 16AWG low voltage wires black and read from home depot, electric tape, totally $12.

The rest thing is install the 12v plug/usb charger/voltage meter assembly onto the cabinet, wire them up and connected with the light wires, I soldered those connections to be safe, then carefully wrap up many layers with the tape.

Below is the final look from outside:

Looks great! I'm just got one in the mail today. I'm going to install in the 178 tomorrow. I like the 12v as well as the readout.

Think I will put one in the 178 on the service panel, but I must add a momentary switch on the meter...I don't want it in my face 24/7...
