I'm thinking of the following mods...  1.  Move the fold-out clothes hanger rod up 10" (current location allows clothes to hang onto the bed), 2.  Install (screw in) hooks for clothes hangers a) below TV, b) on wall above water pump switch just below the ceiling and c) on wall below water pump switch.  I'd also like to store laptops on the front window valances with a bungee cord stretching from the rear edge of the valance and diagonally up and forward to a hook in the wall at the ceiling.  Any problem (structural, wiring, plumbing) with this?  Thanks for any help you can provide.
Also, I installed wire baskets on the walls to either side of the sink/counter area for storage.  I also installed a paper towel holder to the left of the light over the sink.  Any other kitchen storage space ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks again!

I would suggest that you put padding under the laptops unless they have solid-state drives.  Traveling down the road, lots of vibration will get transmitted into them which isn't good for traditional hard drives.  We always leave ours on the bed or in the TV while moving.
