Nope.  I just color outside the lines.  Can't help it, I'm a contrary one.

On the other hand, look how many posts I added that were on topic, though I did admittedly drift a bit at times.

I was going to do the running lights and the 3 markers myself, but wasn't sure where to run the wire to the trailer roof, so I had the dealer do it without charge.  In retrospect, as Marwayne says, if you want it done right, do it your self.

How's that for drifting back on topic. Evil Smile

Thread drift warning!....although I guess a smart attorney could probably make the case that this was pertinent to the original question because it would effect the hours that the marker lights needed to be turned on LOL

We're now 3 hours different from Colombia than the 2 which we have during daylight "savings" time.  That's more convenient for calls to family.  I would like us to stay on one time system too.  Just not on the half hour like they did in Venezuela.  Neither fish nor fowl, not on the clock nor in the pot.

I suppose we could stay on Arizona time. We have relatives in Arizona; half the year we're on the same time zone, and the other half we are an hour off. We're not going on permanent PDT next week; it's only an advisory vote to advise the legislature that we "want" to do it. They would still have to pass a law, and the law would have to fit within whatever the federal rules are. Convoluted, but probably better than trying to do it by proposition (IANAL). I, for one, would appreciate not jacking with the clocks twice a year. I say set it and forget it!

David and Danette, search the archives there are instructions for posting fotos to postimage.org.  I'm a Luddite and it's even easy for me.

GlueGuy answering your question they are surface mounted, I am replacing the existing lights from factory. I replaced bubs in the present lights with LED but the fixtures holding the bubs have rusted beyond repair. So I am replacing the entire marker lights with LED lights. There are five of them across the back of the camper which is all fiberglass like the r-pods a one piece roof that curves down the back of the camper. I would post pictures but I haven't figured out how to do that.

I "think" we are an hour behind you, but today, who knows? I look forward to the day when clocks don't shift to and fro overnight.

I was going to mention Eternabond, but lostagain beat me to it. Question about the marker lights: Are these being surface mounted to the roof panel, or are they recessed, and finally, these are not the marker lights on the spoiler?
