SH,

I used the CAMCO 59123, comes with hoses, to add ability to attach grill, or fireplace, also add additional tank temporarily.

Offgrid,

+1, Mine does too. I have a 30A RV connector so I use it. When I put the Pod in building I don't have access to my RV connector, so I run it off the wall, a 20A circuit.

Thanks. I looked at it and it looks like it likely would not work for my situation. I already did a dual-tank setup on the tongue with auto-switchover. This looks like it is more for a large tank that fills in place on a motor home. I'm looking more for a low-pressure fitting but would need to find a manifold with an empty spot to attach a hose to give me the equivalent of what the newer RPods have.

Hey S/H, understand. I didn't want to do a dual tank conversion. I have plenty of space to carry a spare tank. My tongue weight is at 382, didn't want to go higher. Also I didn't want a low pressure grill, it's to single purpose. Also I wanted option to use other accessories to include grill. The coupler allows all that and is a 3 min install on existing tank.

Ouch

Our 195 has that port in conjunction with the outdoor stove (which slides out from the pass-through) and it works great (and is very handy).

If your r-pod came with an outdoor stove that connects to that port, that's a fine use for it.

But the r-pods without the optional outdoor stove that come with that port mounted on the frame, by itself, well, thats a lot less useful without buying a dedicated appliance and connector or two. Much simpler to just buy an off-the-shelf camping stove and use that...or so it seems to me.

Again, just my opinion.

I can agree with that.  Just want to make sure that the poster knows that the auxiliary LP port is not a complete waste.

We actually use both...the stove and the ever-ubiquitous baby Weber grill with its own tank of propane. Can sautée onions and peppers while grilling brats Big smile

FYI there is an adaptor for the low pressure supply for black stone grills. It does away with the regulator.

My 2015 has a low pressure propane port under the rear bumper (garage model) and came with a grill.  We don't use the grill, but have a Blackstone griddle.  The small canisters don't last long with the Blackstone, so I got an adapter hose and run the griddle directly from the LP port.
