Hello again - sorry for the delay in responding.  The mods we did can be seen in the attached photos.  We replaced the plastic panty system with metal book shelf mounts from Rockler.  You will need to mount a strip on one side as the metal system is thinner.  Easy to do.  Gives you much improved strength and flexibility for shelf location.  Also added another shelf.  Wire baskets are ELPA from the container store.  Bottom slide mounts.  Same system under the bed.

I'll probably go with something like this after I get my 196, which is similar to the wire shelving system in my 179's pantry.

I've had plastic shelf supports that had a built-in clip that locks the shelves in place. It is longer and a springy tab is on the top of the shelf when it is in place and that keeps the shelf from being able to bounce up and off the support. I don't know what kind of supports FR used, and we don't have one in which to look. These are similar to the ones I have seen before which are light tan:

We did the shelf fix also, and it improved things, but we still had a shelf fall now and again. But we can live with it.

Any suggestions on how to clean the lower portion of the shower curtain? It seems complicated to remove it. Thanks!

We still had issues after replacing the plastic brackets with metal ones, in the pantry. The shelves collapsed. I'm thinking we'll have to use some kind of l-brackets and screw them in, even though they'll no longer be adjustable.

I use baskets in the pantry to keep stuff from flying. I have two baskets per shelf.  They're 16 x 11 x 6, They fit great, and keep everything under control. I can actually put large boxes of cereal in back of them as well. Makes it easy to use all the space.

I use the dual Camco rods in the fridge. I also use them in the pantry to keep the tall stuff from tumbling over the shelf lip.

Oh, I’ll check out the shelves and see if mine have a lip underneath. That’s a good idea!

I wish the fridge shelves had a lip. Our old 179 had that, but not this one, and sometimes our fridge is a jumbled mess when we get to camp. I’ll probably end up putting rods in there instead.

We put that type of a shelf system in our 179 pantry and it has worked out well. We mounted the shelves upside-down to provide a lip at the front to help keep things from sliding out.
