Dumb question, but are you sure its not the water lines themselves? Have you drained them?

Folks, i thought i had it fixed (caulked around outside ac outlet) but there's still a slow drip around the foam surrounding the low point drains after a good rain. I sealed all around the bottom where the sides, front, and back meet the bottom and on the roof's edge. Where else can i look?
