Hello Terry,
Great mods! Do you remember what size bolt, screw, ??? you used to attach the 1X6 boards to get the lower bunk height. Thank you. Sally |

Is your question for TerryM? Unfortunately he isn't around here anymore. We haven't heard anything from him since November a year ago, and since he was an active member (and admin) I have always assumed the worst.

It's a fastening system from 3M. It is an adhesive strip used on hooks and other devices of various sizes to make hanging up things easier!

OK, I could not use suction cups on my wall material and was looking for a way to hang things. I'll try command strips and test them under driving conditions. Are they "Velcro?

Hello Our family bought techntreks 2010 171 over the winter.
Been busy looking at all the Mods on here and decided to do a few to make the 171 our own. (Wife did all the mods - proud of her carpentry and decorating skills) Here's her post: First was to convert queen bed into a "U"Sofa/Queen Bed So to have more indoor hangout space on those rainy cold trips. Moved cabinet door from front to side by plumbing, made storage under the bed larger for more outdoor storage space 36"x74". plumbing and water heater bins now 25x25 Before: Renovations: FOAM MATTRESS/cushions: (ebay - medium 5" dense)(walmart twin fitted sheets and s,q,k pillow cases - sorry no time to iron lol) more mods a coming...... |
