Back to the 30 amp or "all pods are wired different".
Went out to the pod Monday ( had to replace the converter/invertor, Lighting strike, but that's another story). I turned everything on and pulled fuses one at a time. And this is what I found.

I'm a little concerned, I have no breakers over 15 amp, they are labeled this way from the factory, and my #3 fuse is both the water heater AND REFRIGERATOR - AND it's only 15 amp,
And my #7 is Front cabin lights, Outside lights AND SLIDEOUT - AND it's only 15 amp,
I'm seeing others with 20 amp and 30 amp fuses, saying that they are for the fridge or slideout.
Wondering if I should be worried? I guess if the fuse is smaller it will fail sooner and they haven't yet so it's working as it should?
