So I'm trying to get the cable to work. Ive hooked up the cable line from the pedestal to the POD. But when I go to scan for channels it's not picking any up. Is there a switch some where (2019 190 ) that I'm missing to get it to switch from the antenna. I thought the TV did the switch but maybe not??

When you are trying, do you have the antenna booster turned on or off? For cable viewing, it should be turned off. I have not tried it since we don't have cable, but that is what I have read. You may need to check the source the television is using also and change from antenna to cable, then you may need to scan for channels, but I am not sure about that.

Also, one other thing to check: See if the cable connection on the post is an active connection. It may be there, but may not have an actual signal going through it.

Happened to me when I connected to the cable port on the Pod (the one on the left) from the origin. Then I connected it to the aux port (the one on the right) and it worked.

My R-pod only has one port. It says Cable/Satellite. Unless Im missing one somewhere. Did find a workaround. Just run the cable thru the slide out. Works until we get home and figure out what's going on.
