These guys are great!!! I bought my R-Pod 179 in another state. While towing it back to Texas, I ran into an issue with door popping open and swing back again trailer while going down the road. I started called dealers that were on the route home. RV-Max was the "ONLY" place that would help me, and gave advice over phone until I could get there. I was stressed out and pushing the speed limited trying to make it before closing. I arrived at RV-Max 15mins after closing time, but Gran in service and couple other employees stayed to wait for me. I was so relieved and very happy. Gran came outside, looked at the trailer and said: "Easy Fix" come back in a couple days to pick it up. RV-MAX employees are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I live in Austin Tx. I just took my trailer back to RV-Max in Sherman TX for warranty work because of the awesome customer service, and smiling faces!!

We had the same problem with our 179 driving down I-5 in California. We fix the problem but we also swing the hand rail across the door before moving down the road.  This way your covered.

My door was out of alignment, that's why it was popping open. I now swing the handrail across the door when traveling.
I dropped my trailer off yesterday morning at 8am at RV-MAX for some warranty work and a cool mod they are doing. (Pics will be posted after completion). I had to scrap ice off trailer door to get inside. Gran said: they didn't think I'd show up because of the bad weather. I said: I told you I'd be here, and I'm not going to let a little ice and rain stop me! He smiled and laughed, before he had his cup of coffee!!!
Now I'm, sitting and counting mins till I get my pod back. I have another camping trip planned.
